Hi everyone,
What a fantastic time I have just had in the land of the running bulls - Spain. I have just completed a 4 day trip through Madrid and Barcelona spreading the quilting love and meeting many new faces.
There was much anticipation for my arrival as the word was spread about my visit in the Spanish Quilting Magazine Anna & Patchwork. How great is that?
Our workshops and trunk shows were full of eager sewers and excited new faces.
Here we all are, the sign says "Hola Australia, Desde Madrid (Hi Australia, from Madrid).
Meet Marian from Oyambre Needlework in Barcelona. She is my Spanish distributor and my wonderful interpreter.
No trip to Spain would be complete without some sightseeing. But of course all I could see was hexagons and quilting shapes everywhere!
Hexagons are everywhere!

Glad you like Barcelona and Gaudi arquitecture :)))) And glad you had a wonderful trip! I hope I can go to your workshop when you come back! :)
